What is heart attack?

        There are various arteries in the body that move blood from one part to another, and when the artery that carries the blood of the heart muscle,

blood is deposited in 
the artery that causes 
death of one of the 
heart muscles. And 
for this reason blood 
is not supplied to the heart and then there 
is a heart attack.

Similarly, our heart needs oxygen as well as blood, so if it does not get the oxygen it needs, then it also causes a heart attack.
But keep in mind that blood does not accumulate in the arteries suddenly, but slowly and in the same way, due to infection they shrink the arteries and then disappear.

Similarly, there is a network of coronary arteries around the arteries of the heart that surround the arteries of the heart.
If one of these coronary arteries suddenly stops, it will bleed into the heart muscle.Which causes a heart attack.

Will the patient die immediately from a Heart Attack?

Kinds of Heart Attack:

There are three types.

1.ST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI):

2.non-ST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI):

3.Coronary Sposm:

                                       In this type, no artery is closed or damaged, but temporarily there is a sore on the muscles that are present in the walls of the arteries, and if the cough lasts for a long time, the chest pains and if not treated. May have a heart attack.

Causes of Heart Attack:

                                                  A heart attack only occurs when blood vessels are blocked in the arteries and this pressure stops.

1.Because most of the blockage is due to fat.

2.Or cholesterol.

3.Or due to excess fat.

Symptoms of Heart Attack:

                                                          If you are having these symptoms you may have a heart attack.

1.Your chest has a lot of pain.

2.Your arm is under pressure.

3.You have a lot of indigestion.

4.You have trouble breathing.

5.When you have a sweat, you also feel cold.

6.You feel tired without doing anything.

7.You feel more dizzy.

8.You have back ache.

9.You have tight muscles.

10.You have severe neck pain.

Precaution of Heart Attack:

                                                     If you are at risk of a heart attack,take some precautions.

1.Avoid smoking at all because it causes all heart diseases.

2.Always keep your blood pressure under control.

3.Take care of the right amount of cholesterol.

4.Avoid diabetes.

5.Take special care of your diet.

6.Avoid mental stress.

7.Use green leafy vegetables more.

8.Eat more fruits.

9.Consume less meat.

What to do immediately it you have a Heart Attack?

              If you suspect that I am having a heart attack right now,

1.Call for emergency medical help first and call them first and get access to their services and immediately to the nearest hospital.

Treatment of Heart Attack:
