What is Cholesterol?
Cholesterol is a type of fat that is present in the blood. It is important to us that is why our liver produces cholesterol 
and if the liver does
 not make it, then it is
 obtained by eating 
different things like
 fish, eggs and Milk,
 etc.




Do we need Cholesterol?
Our body does a lot of work using cholesterol, just like cholesterol is needed to make vitamin D, so we need cholesterol.
But also keep in mind that our body needs a fair amount of cholesterol to function, if it goes a little higher or higher and if it is too low then it Causes many illnesses such as cancer and can lead to cancer.
And there may also be hemorrhage paralysis.And mental stress can also increase. Likewise, it will cause anxiety all the time.

Kinds of Cholesterol:
In fact, there is no type of cholesterol itself, but cholesterol circulates in the blood in our body, and so are the small compounds of protein and fat in our body that take cholesterol in place of its use.
Our body uses it to perform these compounds called lipoproteins.
It is actually their two types that the amount of cholesterol depends on the amount of these compounds, so they are.

1.Low Density Lipoproteins:(LDL)
Also called LDL, its function is to transport cholesterol to our liver, which is present in other parts of the body, and then the liver acts through cholesterol.
Its proper amount within the body should be less than a 100 mg, and if its quantity exceeds 100 mg, then the body accepts from 100 mg to 129 mg and there is no risk.
If the dose is more than 129 mg, then you have to face dangerous diseases like heart attack.

2.High Density Lipoproteins:(HDL)
It is also called HDL. It is the duty of our body to remove the cholesterol if it is high and to maintain the proper amount of nutrients.
Inside the body, it should be 40 mg.If it increases beyond 40mg to 60mg, then the body has no risk.
And if it exceeds 60mg, it will have to face a number of diseases.


These types showed that increasing their intake can increase the amount of cholesterol and reducing their intake can lower the amount of cholesterol, therefore they should be taken into account and hence direct called the type of cholesterol.

Causes of Cholesterol:
Here are some things you can do to increase or lower your cholesterol levels.
1.If you use bad food.
2.You have a lot of obesity.
3.You do not exercise at all.

Symptoms of High Cholesterol:

Treatment of Cholesterol:

1.Statins:
These are the best capsules in cholesterol drugs.
These capsules will reduce the amount of cholesterol that is present in the blood. Similarly,
these capsules reduce the risk of heart disease by about 25%.

2.Ezetimibe (zetia):
These tablets are also available to adjust the amount of cholesterol that prevents cholesterol being absorbed into our intestines,
thus reducing the amount of LDL that reduces the amount of cholesterol.
But it cannot be said that they can reduce the risk of heart attacks.


3.Fibrates:
They are also a type of tablet that fits the amount of cholesterol in your body, but not everyone can use these pills,
but you should consult your doctor for their use.


4.Omega-3 Fatty Acid Supplements:
They are golden colored round capsules, also called fish capsules. They are made from fish oil.
Using them greatly reduces the risk of heart attacks for humans. Likewise, they help reduce blood pressure and keep cholesterol levels normal.
